Provide assistance on deliverables to client as well as support on any and all proposal work needed.
Project Assistant on over 200 separate projects in 15 years, working on both FFP & CPFF/T&M,

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software; especially Word and Excel. Demonstrated organizational and work management skills, ability to take initiative to identify and propose new tasks and procedures; excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.

1. Supports the work of the project manager, performing tasks delegated by the PM.

2. Assists in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates using MS Excel. Tasks can include acquiring competitive prices from vendors and assisting in preparation of bid documents.

3. Assists in the production of deliverable documents using MS Word.

4. Assists with tracking project accounting, especially tracking the accounting of purchases and rentals, as well as monthly client invoicing in Deltek system.

5. Accountable for the project Purchase Order [PO] system from inception of the PO, to shipping / receiving to comparing the vendor invoice with the PO and subcontract.

6. Maintains the project files. Accepts, scans, or otherwise maintains field data.

7. Assists in the preparation of the Monthly Project Review Form [MPRF].

8. Assists with Labor and Expense [ODC] adjustments.

9. Responds to requests for information concerning project accounting, including both Deltek accounting and budgets kept by the project manager.
