Health and Wellness Director, Jean B. Purvis Community Health Center, Executive Director and Medical Director, 01/10/23, Jean B. Purvis Community Health Center is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to meeting the primary health care needs of the uninsured and underinsured workers in Butler County. This position supports this mission., Teach Health and Wellness Classes to community, Teach Diabetics care, Teach Hypertensive Patients, Teach classes at the Butler County Library (Smoking Cessation, Healthy Heart etc.), Maintain relationships with Abbott Reps and Lilly Reps, Oversee the Garden and Healthy Living Classes, Facebook postings once a month, Assist Practitioner when necessary, with care, Call Diabetics and review blood sugar logs, Oversee Volunteer RN's training and scheduling. Orient all volunteer nurses, Fill in when volunteer nurses are unavailable to assist practitioner, Oversee supplies and order as needed, Order supplies for the medical needs of the CRNP and exam rooms, Go through donations to determine if clinic can use any supplies, All other duties as assigned
