I am responsible and hard-working, throughout the past years of working I have learned how to work with customers and I have improved my customer service. One of the biggest achievements that I have accomplished at my current job is learning how to problem-solve situations when there is a conflict.   • Once the customer arrives I then load all the items into the vehicle
  • I work as a whole team
  • Greet customers help locate merchandise, and suggest suitable options.
  • Work closely with shift managers to solve problems and handle customer concerns.
  • Processed customer returns to manage smooth refunds and exchanges following store procedures.
  • And this job has helped me improve my customer service.
