
Planning of workload, resources (employees), ensure correct work practices were being performed by employees, which I performed annual reviews at each campus and presented findings at briefings held with both the campus director and Headquarters directors. I also had the responsibility of authoring the Non-Filer Internal Revenue Manual over the years I had overseen the program. I had to ensure all tax law changes were implemented and updated in the annual revisions.
2015-2019; I was assigned the task to create a process to handle Federal Agencies with accounts in the Collection program ( either had a balance due and or delinquent un-filed taxes). This was a huge task as failed being worked in the field. After getting an understanding on what had to be done, and establishing a process, I trained 6 employees in the Holtsville Campus to work the program. I also worked closely with the CFO IRS staff and executives as the program was considered high profile. By end of 2016, the majority of cases were resolved and under control.
Other Duties:
I participated in several conference calls and meetings with executives and management. Also communicated and collaborated with other federal agency contacts
My calm demeanor and open personality always helped with my communication with others. I had several contacts within the IRS which were stationed in various states that would always be available with any questions or assistance I needed, which was a direct result of my work ethics and communication skills
