MEDICAL CONSULTING FOR MALPRACTICE CASES
I have consulted on many Medial Malpractice Cases. This also included deposition appearances and one court appearance.
Cases have covered many different medical areas. Some examples are:
- Failure to diagnose lung cancer
- Inappropriate care over many months in Nursing Home and inpatient resulting in septic shock and death
- Inadequate discharge instructions resulting in respiratory failure
- Nursing Home failure to timely respond to a fall resulting in severely diminished quality of life for a previously healthy senior
- Mismanagement of a complication from intubation and failure to identify aspirated foreign body resulting in pneumonia and death
