Nelson Santillan

Nelson Santillan has 24 years of experience providing site supervision on construction projects throughout New York State as a Construction Superintendent and Laborer/Carpenter. Supervising projects for Dynamic US, Inc since March 2009, Nelson specializes in mechanical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and electrical installations for multi-million public sector projects. Nelson is skilled in running the day-to-day field operations of projects, controlling the short-term project schedule, coordinating in-house trades and subcontractors, conducting field inspections and maintaining high quality standards. He is experienced in scheduling and managing projects to meet project milestones and budget requirements; determining labor requirements and assigning workers; inspecting construction work for compliance with building codes, contract documents, and environmental and site regulations. He works with project managers and project designers reviewing construction drawings and specifications to prepare and process permits, submittals, project logistics and processes and meeting minutes.
