  • Beginning in 2009, worked as part of a 3 person team (Sr. Partner, Sr. Associate, and myself) to overhaul a Fortune 100 Tech Company client's PERM process after a period of non-filing.
  • Authored 86 page Process and Guidelines Policy Guide that still serves as the basic framework of the current 2024 process (updated as guidance and technology have advanced).
  • Continuously engaged directly with the client's Immigration Director
  • Created a survey to be sent to each sponsored employee to collect case data. An updated version of this survey continues to be used today.
  • Managed the initial 2 PERM cycles from beginning to end. This included determining cases to be included in the round. Drafting and placing recruitment, and monitoring job/location changes and determining impact. Closely tracked deadlines.
  • Streamlined workflow for increased efficiency, organized and updated case files regularly.
  • 2008-2009 managed all incoming new hires for Fortune 100 company client. This included the foreign national offer justification process, I-9 management and reviews, E-Verify, and F-1 CPT/OPT monitoring and updating. Worked on H-1B cap filings.
