Assisted artists with escalating technical help tickets and prioritizing shots based on deadlines for the render farm using Coda and Shotgun.
Paired technical and soft skills to drive reviews, dailies, and rounds; made sure the playlists were correct and in order, maintained a positive review, set up and operated internal hardware and software.
