Goals
Over the next year, I have set a series of goals that I aspire to achieve in my career as a Paramedic, a profession that is continually evolving. I aim to obtain my National Registry Certification and Critical Care certification, which are scheduled for November 2024. Additionally, I am interested in applying for the position of Field Training Officer (FTO) to support the development of my colleagues at their current provider levels. In this role, I hope to provide shift training, foster strong professional relationships, and contribute to the advancement of our field and department as we move forward.
