• Worked with the health department and their safety standards to make sure the food was stored, prepped, and cooked correctly to serve to customers.
• Held a key to open and close the shop, counted the register at morning, lunch, and night time; dropped the money into the safe every evening after cleaning and locking up.
• Unloaded and put away the food delivery order twice weekly. Able to lift 50+ pounds repetitively and for long periods of time. Standing, walking, etc. for 10/12 hour shifts.
