• I have been licensed and practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri since 2013.
• I have worked as a counselor in private practice, in the college setting at Ozarks Technical Community College, at Burrell Behavioral Health, and in private practice.
• In my current role as the Behavioral Science Faculty at Coxhealth Family Medicine Residency, I am responsible for teaching and ensuring integration of behavioral science into the residency curriculum.
• In my previous role, I provided direct oversight to the Outpatient Therapy Services team; which consisted of over 180 clinicians and leaders, and 6 separate programs. Key responsibilities included budget oversight, leadership development, change management, training, and KPI tracking.
• Prior to Burrell; I taught in, helped design, and provided oversight to the practicum portion of the Behavioral Health Support program at Ozarks Technical Community College. In this role, I was responsible for schedule building, matching practicum selection, preceptor support and training, and clinical assessment.
