I have been working for Washington Country Real Property Tax Service for just about four years. I have completed four exams through New York State ORPTS and the New York State Assessors Association: Fundamentals of Assessment Administration, Data Collection, Course I: Appraisal Principles and Procedures, and Course II: Application of the Three Approaches to Value. I have also completed Reading and Understanding Deeds through the New York State Assessors Association. I have served on the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of White Creek for the last two years. I am organized, dependable, and excited to learn more. Assessment is challenging and I look forward to continuing down the RPTS path.
