This role focused on planning weekly club meeting for Young Life College on San Diego State's campus. Each week, I was responsible for leading meetings with a group of 15 student volunteer leaders where we collectively planned the weekly "club" itinerary and delegated tasks to others in order to fulfill that plan.

• Organized and implemented 3 unique events that reached around 500 students each at SDSU.
• Developed schedules, timelines, and scripts for events.
• Brainstormed and implemented creative event concepts and themes.
• Created supply lists for events that fit into given budget.
• Worked and coordinated with multiple members of SDSU Union staff leading up to each event.
• Conducted weekly meetings leading up to each event with varying Dance Marathon directors to ensure that plans were being fulfilled.

• Processed payments correctly and promptly.
• Described menu items and offered suggestions to customers.
• Followed all cleanliness and sanitation procedures.
• Greeted approximately 80 customers daily.
• Prepared recipe ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring.
• Readied customers' take-out orders in secure bags with appropriate amounts of condiments, silverware and napkins.
