LINDSEY SUMNER

As a Physical Therapist Aide, I work closely with PTs and PTAs to give our patients the best treatments. I help the PTAs with their daily notes and patient loads. I also clean and organize around the clinic to make the environment more efficient. When I am working with patients, I walk them through their session and document anything the PT may want to know.

• I currently work at GARAGE in the Florida Mall
• My sales job is to interact with customers, help customers find what they are looking for, check out customers at the register, try to interest customers in signing up for our loyalty program, clean the store regularly, and help customers by getting them differently sizes when needed in the fitting room
• My stock job is to receive shipments, open each box of clothing, unpack and sensor each individual item, hang or fold the items, document the number of items I opened in a certain amount of time, back stock items, and pack online orders
• I also am responsible for maintaining a clean and organized backroom.

• I volunteered every month of June as the lead camp counselor at All Saints Academy
• My job was to supervise children aged 2-5, perform arts and crafts with the children, lead group activities with the children and other volunteers, and supervise other volunteers.

• I worked as a Chiropractor Assistant for the month of May
• My job included bringing patients to rooms, asking patients about their pain levels and documenting it for the doctor, reporting to the doctor about the patients, filling out patients' medical records, hooking patients up to the spinal decompression machine, cleaning rooms after patients, doing laundry, checking patients in, and scheduling patients' appointments
• I was allowed to use my knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology when filling out medical charts and speaking with the doctor.
