Grow up in China with a strong passion for sports, I achieved state-level top-eight rankings in inline speed skating, badminton, and rock climbing, highlighted by a fifth-place finish in the national speed climbing competition in 2018. As a lead coach for the Blue Sky Climbing Team, I enhanced both team performance and individual skills. Committed to personal fitness, I have reached strength training milestones such as squatting 1.7 times my body weight, 20+ standard wide arm pull-ups, and dumbbell bench(have not try PR for barbell yet) press 1.2 times my body weight. My academic studies in kinesiology and nutrition at UNC and OSU have enriched my hands-on experience in sports, making me a self-starter and professionally motivated candidate with a robust blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in sports science.

Shared personal experiences and mental strategies with athletes to aid their preparation for competition. Provided guidance on mental toughness and focus, both during the preparatory phase and in competitive environments.
After the competition, conducted a detailed analysis of the team's performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Recognized the need for enhanced physical conditioning programs focusing on flexibility, cardio-respiratory fitness, and coordination.
