Affiliations

  • My family has always worked with people with special needs and disabilities. I have always enjoyed helping and taking care of others. I took care of a child who had down syndrome for many years and during that time it gave me such a love and desire to want to help and care for others with special needs.

Accomplishments

  • During my time at Monarch we recently went through a unexpected transition. Losing our Supervisor and former staff who had been with us for a few years. I had to step up to the plate and take on responsibilities that I had no training in . I dove in head first and did the very best I could. Stepping out of my comfort zone was such a good feeling and has caused me to grow and learn many new things in this field. I was recognized and thanked by upper management and the Vice President.

Certification

  • All of my certifications I have always kept current and are up to date such as CPR and Medications training. I have passed all of my trainings with high scores.
