I have a strong background in manufacturing and worked my way up at Nidec Motor Corporation over the course of 39 years. My last position was Advanced Supplier Quality Specialist where I worked remotely for 5 years. I was responsible for onboarding new suppliers and led APQP meetings to ensure new products went into production smoothly. I was responsible for auditing and developing North American suppliers. When Covid hit, I decided to scale back so I agreed to work part-time through a contract for Nidec. After 9 months, I decided to go back to work full time landing a Quality Manager role. The company and I were not a good fit so I decided to leave. I am currently looking for a position in Quality because that is my passion.
