Lisa Anderson

I work in different areas of production. I pull parts, sometimes I work in the connector cell and I can build in a couple of other areas in the shop. I also have experience in the painting department.

I worked in the blending department that makes baby formula. At times I operated the computer to start the process for the blending operations. I had to learn to hook up the machines between blending and sanitation.

I worked in the packaging department and packaged orders to be sent to the customer.

• I paint gearcases and motors after they are built and tested. Clean up after shift is over.

• Ran a manual assembly machine putting parts into the machine to assemble collectors. Also worked as a team lead for a period of time.

• Packaged parts into little bags and used a sealing machine to seal the bags shut.

• Worked in the infant and toddler room taking care of children. Planned activities through the day and provided meals to the children.

• I worked in the photo department. Duties included developing film, answering phones and attending to customers.
