Being a server for many years the main priority is giving the customers the best service possible from the first greeting of the table, explaining specials, answering questions the guests may have about the menu, special request or recommendations to taking orders,serving drinks and food in a timely fashion, checking back on the table in a timely manner to making sure everything is ok with their drinks and food to clearing empty plates and replenishing drinks, refills of coffee,water and to any other accommodations the customers may have to the closing of the check providing a positive dining experience. Quality characteristics and good work ethics are a key factor to bringing positive energy and happy returning customers.
