Responsible for coordinating the staffing of eligible students into the Hospital Homebound Program. Oversaw the full time and part time teachers and the adherence to continuous delivery of appropriate lessons to students. Scheduled high school students into Tele Class courses. Administered state tests to all students. Monitored FTE, Staff Payroll, Certification and professional development. Reported student grades and introduced Edgenuity grade recovery program for students.

• Introduced, implemented and monitored the Title 1 Program on the school level. Managed Title 1 budget and regulations, developed an afterschool tutoring program and led summer school program.
• Facilitated professional development workshops for Science educators on effective science teaching strategies and improving student engagement.
• Participated in District Science Cadre, School Based Leadership Team.
