I began working for Cigna as a claims processor, I then went to the adjustment team and then became an RMG specialist. My duties have included processing claims, working with providers and customers to adjust claims that were submitted in error, claims that were not billed correctly and kept records for the adjustment team. I then went to the RMG area, keeping records on all mail. i was responsible for assigning different mail to the correct team, both onshore and offshore. I was very efficient in Xcel running several reports daily. I was sent to India for three months to train all aspects of Cigna. I became an Adjunct Facilitator and Subject Matter Expert.
