Montana has been home for the past 25 years and loving it!! Returning to work about 14 years ago after taking off some years to raise a family. Starting a Property Management business after securing several contracts for the Property Management of Border Patrol Stations along the north border allowed for extensive experience with training/managing staff, creating budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, quickbooks, day to day operations of large facilities, negotiating contracts, navigating contractors to facilitate repairs, working with GSA leasing requirements, working on timelines, and being a motivating team player, Yardi accounting systems as well as traditional accounting programs,

My good communication skills both verbally and written and a love of a good challenge with an eagerness to learn has served me well. As a talented business owner with excellent marketing, customer service and facility oversight skills and more than 14 years of experience bringing highly effective and comfortable skills of working with people at all levels in organization. As an organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals I feel I would be an asset to your company.
