Keifel Operator for Keifel North. Trained and able to operate all Keifels,but primarily operate and maintain Keifel # 87 Half Liter bags. Assure all Quality checks are completed and align with the SOPs. Perform minor maintenance when needed and escalate to Maintenance Personnel. Release product ,maintain clean work area.

Senior Material Handler on Filling Line 3 Dry side . Run line in absence of Supervisor . Setup line with the correct materials. Maintain day to day operations of production .Perform all required documentation in area assigned ,Specs ,SOPs ,BOMs ,Etc.

Perform quality checks, and ensure correct and proper materials set up for filling line . Inspect sterilizer trucks, both empty and full, for foreign objects, the correct load pattern, and the correct number of bags. Pull and record filled samples per BOM. Perform timekeeping and record production for each day in the event of absence or Senior Handler.

Operated a forklift with a push/pull attachment to load and unload tractor trailers. Transported product to various areas of warehouse.

Worked in Critical Systems and Batch Folders release . Responsibilities were to ensure appropriate checks, challenges, and documentation were performed correctly, with accuracy and traceability.
