I am responsible for contract negotiations, execution of shows, promotional materials, marketing, development, fundraising, audience development, strategic planning with both the board and the players, as well as leading the group into an extreme time of growth.

Duties included: Fundraising, Grant Writing, Marketing, Operational Management, Event and Concert Production, Contract Negotiation, Overseeing and executing Youth Symphony Activities, and Executing the Strategic Plan with the NSO Board.

Duties currently include: Fundraising, Grant Writing, Marketing, Operational Management, Event and Concert Production, Contract Negotiation, Executive producer of all fundraising and artistic events. Writes grants and sponsorship materials, functions as liaison to foundations and trusts. Sets the annual budget with strategic forecasting and presents to the board. Creates contracts for all staff, venues, publishers, licensing companies, insurance, and negotiates all business transactions on behalf of the company. Co-chair of the board of directors.
