Lisa Masselli

I manage some of the largest retail customers where I am responsible for billing, collecting, and overall management of the accounts. I am also responsible for the onboarding of any new customers to ensure all steps are followed from the start. I work very closely with our sales team and local branches to handle any and all customer issues. I also help lead a team of four representatives in their day to day tasks as well as training.
