Program Administration

• Oversee and direct strategy, operation, and coordinating of integrated medical services and clinical health services across all service areas providing vision for nursing and medical services throughout agency, ensuring sustainability and support of new ventures
• Responsible for oversight of 200 staff, supporting agency strategic plan

Systems and Quality Assurance

• Ensure practice environment that enables implementation of evidence-based nursing best practices that are consistent throughout organization and aligned with agency’s broader quality improvement plan
• Develop & Implement policies and procedures of regarding medical & nursing services
• Ensure medical services are provided in compliance with laws and regulations of state and local governmental agencies
• Monitor, interpret and report performance of medical, clinical, and nursing service delivery against nursing-sensitive quality and safety indicators and broader organizational indicators
• Lead agency infection control committee
• Effectively collaborate with compliance department to support treatment outcomes and program efficiency

Fiscal Management

• Provide effective and efficient budget management that ensures best utilization of resources
• Collaborate with COO, RCM, billing and collections department, and program directors in overseeing of individual program budgets, expenses, and revenue
• Oversee management of Federal, State, and County grants and ensure outcomes measures are met

Business Development/Marketing

• Develop and lead strategic partnerships with community organizations to promote public health awareness and prevention efforts
• Collaborate with COO and Marketing Director to develop marketing plan for service programs
• Prepare RFP for Federal, State, and County funders
• Support COO in collaborating with stakeholders to complement current health services and assist with developing and implementing new service opportunities

• Primary responsibilities include teaching (online) and facilitating complex learning in web-based environment
• Serve as course lead and subject matter expert for nursing leadership courses, health law and policy, and interprofessional collaboration
• Resolving learner/academic focused problems relative to achievement of academic goals; requires independent judgment and decision making
• Part of initial TAT pilot which combines key curriculum design principles, technological course tools, and learner-focused approach to create consistent and engaging experience
• Managing instructional load
• Positively impact learner retention and learner success through learner engagement in meaningful threads
• Provide expertise in subject matter; facilitate course discussions ensuring active participation among learners creating entries at least 3-6 times per week; responds to learner inquiries within 24-48 hours; assesses learner assignments and engagement; provides appropriate feedback, coaching and reinforcement of effective critical thinking; reports at risk learners to appropriate school staff; encourages learner participation in course-end evaluation forms; provides innovative input designed to make teaching practices more effective
• Serve on Faculty Engagement and Success Council, Serve on FIRE Panel, and Presidents Advisory Council, Served on Independent Review Panel,

• Utilize established course syllabi and resources to guide teaching and to correlate student learning course outcomes to student assignments, in person and e-learning in pre-licensure, RN- BSN program, and BSN accelerated program
• Courses taught include mental health, community nursing, leadership, collaborative, gerontology
• Prepare lecture outlines and notes based on course student learning outcomes and nursing course topical outlines in advance
• Promote high standards of excellence and academic integrity in assigned courses
• Demonstrate positive morale and team spirit, including support of college and BSN program missions, philosophies, and goals
• Participate in curriculum development, review, and revision
• Present course content in classroom and/or clinical setting and attends all sessions as assigned
• Meet with representatives of clinical agencies as requested
• Supervise students in clinical and nursing laboratory educational experience
• Counsel and advise students as necessary
• Provide students with constructive and timely feedback
• Complete student evaluations for class/clinical performance
• Submit completed student evaluations

• Provide nursing care for patients in various settings, detox, dual diagnosis, general psych, voluntary and involuntary commitment, and eating disorders, utilization of CIWA and COWS protocols
• Responsible for patient assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Utilize primary nursing to achieve optimal patient outcomes and takes aintegral role in collaborating with other disciplines toward patient outcome
• Administer/Monitor medications used in detoxification treatment, medicated assisted therapy, maintain patient safety within medical parameters, evaluation of withdrawal symptoms.

• Assessment and documentation of eligibility for Behavioral Health Home Services (Care Coordination Management Services), Transition to Care, coordinating care for substance abuse and co-occurring consumers
• Monitor health risks by providing screening, preventative care, and early intervention services, analyzing lab/screening reports, and initiating treatment where needed
• Assure that implementation of care plan will provide or coordinate access to high quality health care services that are informed by evidence-based practices, coordinate and provide access to preventative and health promotion services, coordinate and provide behavioral health services, coordinate and/or provide specialty medical care and dental care, and social services
• Coordinate monthly data collection, reviews compliance reporting and identifies opportunities for improvement.
