I am service-orientated with an energetic passion towards bringing the hope, love, and message of Jesus Christ to others. I am passionate about the spiritual health of families and helping children to develop a vibrant faith and love for God that will grow over the course of their lives. I believe that one of the ways that we can do this best is to come alongside parents to equip and empower them to thrive in their roles. I am also passionate about bringing hope to people whose lives have been shattered by addiction and other hurtful trauma. I believe strongly in community and strive to help others find it

• FAMILY MINISTRIES PASTOR, PURPOSE CHURCH, 01/23, Present, Develop and implemented a thriving marriage and parenting ministry to cheer on adults and provide them with tools to thrive in their roles., Championed Marriage and Pre Marriage mentoring program that is helping many couples grow and strengthen their marriage., Lead Groups that are designed to strengthen and empower parents to be the primary spiritual champions of their kids., Serve the church by developing, coordinating, and administering an effective and comprehensive ministry to children and their families.
• KID'S PASTOR, PURPOSE CHURCH, 04/18, 01/23, Champion a thriving Kids Ministry Team and experience., Oversee, provide leadership, and training to all departments (Nursery, Early Childhood, and Elementary), staff and volunteers in the Kid's Ministry., Empower and equip 11 staff members and over 200 volunteers to help transform children's lives by demonstrating their love and passion for God and others., Develop and maintain an effective, fun, and engaging ministry that leads children towards spiritual growth through 3 Sunday morning services, a weekly AWANA programs, discipleship and Vacation Bible School., Serve the church by developing, coordinating, and administering an effective and comprehensive ministry to children and their families., Develop, plan, and coordinate fun experiences for children and families to connect with God and with each other., Strive for excellence in all aspects and empower all leaders and volunteers to shine in their God given strengths and giftedness., Responsible for Kid's Ministry budgeting and calendaring.
• ELEMENTARY KID'S PASTOR, PURPOSE CHURCH, 01/14, 04/18, Developed and led an energetic and fun, age appropriate experience for elementary aged kids (Grades 1 - 4) on Sundays and throughout the week., Provided a safe place for kids to know they are loved by God and by God's family., Recruited and developed intentional small group leaders who encouraged kids to live out their faith., Developed and provided leadership on all phases for a stellar Vacation Bible School and other kid's events., Recruited, encouraged, and empowered over 250 volunteers for VBS to grow our program by 50%, allowing over 400 students to participate in a week-long camp., Partnered with parents in the spiritual development of their children.
• WEEKDAY & SPECIAL EVENTS CHILDCARE COORDINATOR, PURPOSE CHURCH, 08/02, 01/14, Oversaw all operations and staff of the church nursery (birth - age 3)., Provided exceptional care and safety for all children in the nursery., Created a fun and welcoming environment where children felt welcomed and loved, and where parents feel comfortable entrusting us with their children., Demonstrated, initiated, and implemented fun, age appropriate programs that helped children to know they were loved by God., Recruited, screened, trained, and empowered all childcare workers., Created and monitored scheduling and staffing of events., Oversaw timecards and payroll documents used by the Finance Department.
• EARLY CHILDHOOD DIRECTOR, PURPOSE CHURCH, 12/08, 12/12, Developed and maintained a fun, engaging learning environment for Early Childhood kids (2 years - Kindergarten)., Recruited, trained, and equipped all teachers and volunteers., Initiated and implemented an interview and mentoring program for all student volunteers which significantly raised the level of ministry in Early Childhood., Provided leadership in all aspects of Sunday morning programs., Served as a team player with the Kids Ministry team.
• PASTOR OF SUPPORT & RECOVERY MINISTRIES, PURPOSE CHURCH, 01/14, Present, Lead and facilitate a weekly Celebrate Recovery program where 100+ attendees' worship, fellowship, and engage in small group discussions designed to help them find freedom over their hurts, habits, and hang-ups., Helped launch Celebrate Recovery Programs for 10 churches throughout the western region of California., Launched Celebrate Recovery program for students ('The Landing') and elementary aged kids ('Celebration Place')., Provide leadership for all recovery and support, including Divorce Care, Grief Share, Widow's Walk, and Hope for Mental Health.
