I have 20 years experience in running and maintaining a successful House Cleaning Service in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming ending in here Bend. I consider myself an expert in all areas of cleaning but have excellent salesmanship and customer service skills. Starting with just 1 customer I quickly expanded to maintaining up to 100 regular customers a month, cleaning thousands of homes, including residential homes, college rentals and new construction and employing up to 25 workers during the peak months through word of mouth alone. I gained a great reputation for providing comprehensive and consistent quality cleaning and ability to please both my customers and my employees with exceptional customer service! I have been honored with many opportunities and awards for my business through the years, including being interviewed as an expert in my field for the national publication, “Woman's Day Magazine” and referenced in cleaning articles both in Sept 2009 and as recent as May 2016, by Adrienne Cohen. I was listed on Angie's List and have a the most reviews of any company in Northern Colorado and was a 4 time winner of their “Super Service Award”, an honor bestowed to less than 5% of all companies on her list. My company was named “Best of Fort Collins” as well as Honorable Mention and have been a member of the Better Business Bureau in Northern Colorado since 2009.
