• I will apply to become a research assistant before the end of fall break in hopes of starting Spring 2022.
• Becoming a research assistant will provide hands on experience in psychology research and provide connections with faculty members and peers

• In spring 2022 I will begin looking for internship or volunteer opportunities in my hometown.
• Getting involved as an intern gives me an insiders view and will allow me to determine if I enjoy the atmosphere of my future career plans.
• By completing this internship/volunteer opportunity this summer I will have enough time to explore more options or continue to build my skills and connects if I find that I thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere.

• By fall of 2022 I will be looking for internships near Kent to continue being involved in a workplace related to my future plans.
• Depending on the experience from the summer 2022 internship, I may decide to search for an internship in a different field or continue to work in the same atmosphere.

I am currently in Crisis Helpline training. Below are the expectations I am expected to meet during a volunteer shift, once fully trained:

• Conversed with individuals in crisis which called or texted hotline for assistance.
• Evaluated risk to client or others by gathering information.
• Member of on-call emergency response team for crisis intervention for those in Portage County Ohio

• Supervised team members and oversaw effective and efficient completion of job duties.
• Facilitated disciplinary action when necessary.
• Enforced company policies and regulations with employees.
• Regulated inventory count and supply during shift hours.

• Mentored and guided employees to foster proper completion of assigned duties.
• Maintained understanding of overall business goals, tailoring new hires and continuing training towards reaching prescribed targets.
• Established routine inspections to monitor standards of cleanliness and developed and implemented improvement methods to meet evolving needs.
• Restocked room supplies such as facial tissues for personal touch with every job.
• Interviewed, trained and mentored all new personnel to maximize quality of service and performance.
• Managed cleaning goals and daily tasks for three story accounting building
