Provide nursing care and support to ACN clinics in Peds, Internal Medicine and OBGYN.

Responsible for care and treatment such as vaccination, treatments and triage in pediatric, Internal Medicine and OBGYN.

Provide trimester teaching in OB. Order Rhogam and administer as per hospital guidelines. Facilitate transfer to labor and delivery as needed.

Manage inbasket messages from patients and providers to facilitate triage, med refills, form completions, provider follow up.

Administer medications and provide patient teaching to adults, pediatric and obstetric population.

Triage of adults,children and obstetrical patients.

Knowledge of vaccine schedules and catch up schedules. Order vaccines from VFC.

Recall patients,reschedule appointments for no shows and medications refills through secured health messages. 

Initiate Prior Authorizations and obtain approval.

Monthly Charge Nurse rotation. Complete assignment sheets, providing exam rooms for providers and MA's and social work.

Supervision of MA's.

Charge Nurse for the evening session.

Primary Nurse for Project Stay. Responsible for  ordering  vaccines and medications.

• Managed laboring patients on oxytocin, magnesium sulfate.
• External and Internal fetal monitoring.
• Documentation of maternal and fetal assessment.
• Application of Apgar scores.
• Assist mother with breastfeeding.
• High Risk patients with hypertension, premature rupture of membranes, post partum hemorrhage.
• Circulating nurse in OR.
• Recovery of patients in PACU.

• Administered medications, vaccines and treatments to infant, children and young adults.
• Patient teaching on medications and vaccines and provided reading material to parents.
• Documentation of vaccines on EZVAC registry and immunization card.
• Worked alongside providers on Medical Home.
• Assessment and teaching provided to patient and families on focus of care.
• Assessment of phone and walkin patients.

• Advisement on symptoms presented.
