  • Facilitates physician call back/patient follow-up.
  • Performs various clerical tasks including, but not limited to: Completing scripts for hospital testing, testing preparation forms, and return to work slips for patient use; rescheduling physician appointment cancellations; reviewing next day office schedule.
  • Assists staff with filing and telephone responsibilities when time constraints allow.
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
  • Maintains accountability for identifying self-deficits and for updating knowledge and skills required to perform responsibilities.
  • Assists with housekeeping duties of the office as needed.
