Made out staff schedules and facilitated the planning, coordination, and teaching ACLS and PALS certification courses for the hospital.

Worked in Telemetry and ICU obtaining necessary critical thinking skills, Rhythms reading skills, and experience with safely administering and monitoring medication drips to provide critical patient care.

Also worked with post cardiac cath patients, receiving them post procedure, pulling the sheath, holding groin pressure for as long as it took for each patient, then applied pressure dressings.

This is the experience that really taught me primary nursing role and team roles in patient care.
