Responsibilities included treatment of children and adolescence in the child welfare system in Manatee and Sarasota counties. Diagnosed and prepared treatment plans based on CBT and Play therapy based in the school system, in home care and remote treatment. Coordinated with school counselors, Ad Litem representatives and child welfare advocates, as well as caregivers. Participated in crucial monthly advocacy team meetings for the youth. Discharge client, when appropriate, with full on-going treatment plan.

Responsible for overseeing and supervising two programs; Targeted Case Management and Psychiatric Rehabilitation in three counties. Supervised a staff of twelve individuals. Personally conducted individual and group therapy for adults and adolescence on a weekly basis. Responsible for preparing, maintaining and implementing individual and group treatment plans. PRP program was CAR approved and I was very instrumental in gaining approval from the state of Maryland. Conducted group outings for both individual and adolescence. Oversaw the treatment plans for targeted Case Management. Conducted weekly meetings with staff. Responsible for all program budgets, expense reports and fiscal evaluations. Attended public housing meetings. Attended county welfare advocacy meetings on a monthly basis.
