With 15 years of experience in HR, I have worked for leading food and beverage companies in Venezuela, managing different HR subsystems, such as compensation and benefits, labor relations, generalist and social welfare. Most recently, I coordinated the MEAL System of the programs developed by Alimenta La Solidaridad, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides nutrition, water, sanitation, and community development services to vulnerable populations. In this role, I ensured the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs, as well as the satisfaction and empowerment of the beneficiaries. Currently, I am pursuing a PHR Prep Course at Cornell University, to enhance my knowledge and skills in Human Resources Management and prepare for the certification exam. I am also fluent in Spanish and English, and have a strong background in Organizational Behavior Studies and Compensation and Benefits.
Coordinate the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning System (MEAL) for programs spanning Nutrition, WASH, Community Development, and EPG components, actively implemented in kitchens and communities within the northern region of Anzoategui state. Conducting information gathering and data updating in the system for the 550 beneficiaries distributed across the seven dining facilities.
Coordinate and ensure the logistics chain that guarantees the availability and delivery of non-salary benefits, the execution of events, and the provision of services to workers and retirees of the company across six states nationwide.
