
When we have shut down at the winery they would give me a team of people to make a plan to get sanitation deep cleaning going for the month that we were shut down. Had to give a group of people certain sections to do PMS for deep cleaning making sure everything was in order using the right tools chemicals and making sure everyone had their PPE on correctly by using protective goggles aprons long gloves due to the fact we were using very strong chemicals that can burn the skin so we had to follow the protocol by wearing PPE to do the our jobs also had a group of people using the scissor lift and the lift to dust on top of the big events and pipes that were above the equipment and ceiling had to cover certain parts of the machines so they do not get the dust in them by covering them with plastic.
Put people in groups and teams for different projects to get the job done right.
