• Supervise multidisciplinary clinical and case management staff in courthouse diversion program. Oversee operations, compliance, and service delivery. • Provide outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and TAY with trauma histories. Conducted clinical assessments and DSM-based treatment planning. Deliver CBT, MI, and family therapy. Coordinate care with DCFS, schools, and caregivers. Maintain Medi-Cal compliant documentation.

• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for youth (ages 6–21) and families.
• Provide therapy, case management, and primary service coordination.
• Facilitate CFT meetings and maintained strong relationships with CWS, FFA, and psychiatric partners.
• Deliver intensive mental health services for foster and CSEC youth.
