The Social Unity movement is designed to promote barrier-free life in Ukraine for people with various forms of disabilities.

• Managed the adaptation process of the Vilno web portal (vilno.org) - within 3 months a 20% increase in the volume of cooperation with employers was achieved
• Initiated product development ideas from stakeholders into a roadmap.
• Collaborated with clients to improve the sign language translation application “Perekladach ZhM” (versions for iOS/Android).
• Prepared successful grant applications for national and international projects, receiving more than 6 million hryvnia (about 200,000 US dollars) from programs such as Barrier-Free Ukraine for the Deaf, VILNO, and Monitoring the Accessibility of Socially Significant Infrastructure.

“LIGA:ZAKON Academy” is an autonomous IT project within the LIGA:ZAKON framework with its own financial, operations, support, marketing and sales management processes.

Responsibilities:

• strategic planning, project management, cross-functional teamwork, and oversight of marketing, sales, logistics, finance and accounting. Product and business performance metrics analysis.

Results:

• implementation of a new format of immersive events
• attracting a new target audience
• increase in annual revenue by 15-20%
• modernization of the project infrastructure to a convenient web product with functions such as a personal account, card payments and viewing video content.
• Successful transition to online during quarantine restrictions.

Developed and implemented various large-scale projects, including forums and conferences with more than 250 participants, with an average of 2-4 events per month.

Responsibilities included creating and managing project plans, timelines and budgets, meeting with internal teams, consultants and contractors, presenters and sponsors.
Managed project risks, participated in creating content for promotional materials.

Results:

• updating the industry line of forums: energy, safety
• attraction of two new categories of target audience
  

Duties:

• оrganization of events
• cooperation with speakers and sponsors from the banking, financial, insurance and legal sectors
• negotiations and conclusion of B2B contracts
• creating content such as press releases and news;
• media monitoring;
• carrying out presentations of products and services.

Results:

• Involving 7 banks into long-term cooperation.

Participated in various projects, in particular in the IT field, aimed at improving the qualifications of bank staff in Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

Responsibilities included:

• Creation of professional development programs
• Involving new partners, speakers and sponsors
• Drawing up monthly and quarterly training plans
• Preparation and control of the budget
• Organization of corporate B2B training for bank staff
• Coordination of regional activities
• Represent the company at specialized exhibitions and conferences
• Cooperation with government agencies, such as the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine

Results:

• implementation of new formats: conferences, online learning
• over 40 new educational programs have been developed
