Conducted solutions and CX competitive assessments, developed short-term customer strategies and implementation plans for multi-channel initiatives including Flexible Fulfillment, Ship to Store, Social and Mobile.
  • Entertainment Business Development Leader - Led the business, merchandising and technology launch of the Music, Movies and Books businesses on Target.com. Developed business and marketing launch plans, negotiated contracts and on-boarded fulfillment and content providers.
