- Assist Mentoring Managers through crisis and enhanced support situations
- Thoroughly review team files and offer quality assurance feedback
- Manage the performance management reporting for the Support Department
- Manage closure and annual update procedures for Support Department
- Create and regularly update procedures to effectively and efficiently uphold agency policies and national standards
- Hire, onboard and train new staff
