• Development of programs including establishing and adapting programs as needed while assuring program goals are in alignment with agency mission and needs of recipients.

● Responsible for completing the intake and enrollment process using the ERSEA (Eligibility Recruitment Selection Enrollment Attendance) protocols

● Maintain family service records that are complete, accurate, and where confidentiality is maintained following agency, local, state, and federal guidelines

● Advocate and collaborate with community agencies to support children, family, and agency outcomes

● Participate and coordinate the development and progress of family engagement activities including Family Engagement Goals using a strength-based perspective

● Coordinate and facilitate staff and parent workshops, assist with parent orientation, and provide English-Spanish translation in workshops and parent activities

● Responsible for Parent Site Committee record-keeping, conducting elections documenting monthly minutes

● Provide individual counseling for chemically dependent individuals, relapse prevention, domestic violence, and anger management
