Introduced the Crescent Bank brand to my Auto dealer relationships Franchise and Independent. Serviced San Diego, Imperial Valley, and Riverside County. Responsible for growing dealer base, signing Dealerships and prospecting new stores. Daily visits to dealerships. Review program guidelines with GM’s, GSM’s and Finance. Generate applications and increase loan originations. Follow up on system Approvals, communicate with credit analyst, follow through with captured deals communicate with funding until loan is funded. Due to Crescent Bank being new to the market I had excellent communication with my dealers so their experience with the Bank would be easy and lead to more loans.

Service South San Diego and Imperial Valley driving in the business and building relationships. Responsibilities capturing new contracts, daily follow up and rehash on approvals and counters, dealer buybacks, collecting registrations, dealer agreements, assisting Collections Dept with 1st Payment defaults, Asset Remarketing dept with losses (gap chargebacks), Legal dept with dealership lawsuits and Funding. Prospect new dealerships Franchise and Independent , soliciting sub & near prime applications that coincide with the company’s business model.

Service San Diego Auto dealerships specifically Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, Escondido & Temecula. Responsible for approving & denying credit request based on judgmental review of the customers credit bureau & overall profile to determine credit worthiness. Generate new business by cold calling dealerships & provide feedback regarding our finance program & competitors. Handle incoming calls from dealers. Able to negotiate pricing & participation on every deal. Responsible for meeting monthly goals by capturing deals & meeting the funded volume.

Oversee a staff of collectors and clerks. Extremely fast paced, sub-prime lender, review credit applications and purchase contracts daily. Take dealer phone calls and visits to negotiate deals. In charge of signing up new dealers and training our new marketing representative. Supervise funding, review proper documents were in each file before releasing checks. Review files before assigning for repossession. Work together with the Branch Manager to make the office and employees successful.

Hired as a collector, learned how to deal with irate customers and skip tracing. Attended small claims court for deficiency cases. Handled 400 accounts and maintained great ratios.
