Since July 2023 I started working at Quest Diagnostics as a greeter/admin. I was in charge of customer service, my duty was to receive patients, answer any questions they had, help them make their support, among others. In October of that same year I changed to the position to technician phlebotomist, in which I am in charge of drawing blood and transferring and processing samples.
