Logan Bartlett

Gained experience as a Recreation Assistant providing recreation services and programs to promote a positive, fun environment for kids. Successful history developing collaborative relationships with participants to support community efforts. Exercised independent judgment within policy and procedural guidelines for maintenance issues to ensure facilities were ready for use. As a lifeguard I gained well-honed supervisory skills including acting as back up manager. Reliable and safety-minded with exceptional customer service when assisting guests. Remains poised and grounded in stressful situations.

I am currently pursuing my bachelors degree at Washburn University in Business where I have maintained a 3.8 GPA. At Washburn I am also a proud member of the baseball team.

Phi Theta Kappa

I am a member of Phi Theta Kappa. This program is a national group that has a requirement of a 3.2 GPA and awards scholarships through your University.

During college I have also been a collegiate baseball player. Baseball has helped me understand the meaning of teamwork and collaboration to achieve tasks. This transfers into any field of work where you must work with your superiors and coworkers. I have also been able to maintain a high GPA while also competing as a college athlete.
