I am responsible for the portion of install which completes the service for the customer.

Customer service to verify the customer is satisfied with the presence of a new company while ensuring the work is done correctly to fit the guidelines of my role.

Daily description of work includes, assessing situations, install and maintenance of interior/exterior wiring of homes, ensuring services are working to full potential for customer, use of hand and power equipment for measuring/testing/drilling of various types, and top notch customer first care.

My roles include, but not limited too, the install and maintenance of aerial/buried fiber and copper services. The install of fiber and copper services inside the customers home as well as all equipment needed for the service. The install of all various types of fixed wireless services in the home.

Certifications and abilities include, Fusion splicing, Copper and fiber testing, CBRS certification, Bucket truck control, Switch programming, VoIP phone install and program, ATA programming, Computer basics.

Assessed consumer needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and product demand variables.

• Developed and maintained long-term relationships with clients, fostering strong service bonds and encouraging return patronage.

Installation and service of new or pre-existing electrical withing sign/ sign faces. Installation and service of commercial lighting inside and store front.

Daily description of work was mainly maintenance of any store display/lighting of several companies contracted through scott services. Including, verifying correct voltages, bulbs, ballast, LED retro-fitting.

Installation and service of home services provided by AT&T including copper and fiber services as well as Directv applications. Copper tracking and manual fiber splicing. Routing of inside wiring ie: CAT5, CAT6, COAX, and quad wiring.

Daily job descriptions included also, running aerial and buried fiber/copper service drops from tap to home.

Also with IW routing included proper knowledge of home entry, drilling, wall-fishing.

In this position, I worked in the HVAC department. I was in charge of routing control wire and thermostat wire to and from control modules and thermostats. Also wiring control modules for heat and A/c units.

In this position, I covered ground work around heavy machinery. If there was shovel work and/or the person needed an eye while digging or working in an area I was there for that.

Installation and repair of high-voltage underground conduit routes and vaults. Ditch laborer in construction of underground primary and secondary high- voltage routes.
