Internships
I completed one internship with the Nexus Center. I went there to see how they operate daily and prepare for events like job fairs and sports events like their Utica Comets hockey team. This an internship I spent 45 hours with them. These 45 hours led me to understand how easy but complicated things can get on the day of events or even before games.
Unified Sports
Unified Sports is a sports program that I did in high school that would let kids with disabilities be able to in joy sports even though they more than likely wouldn't make the actual sports teams, they had unified bowling and basketball. I did only one year of bowling and two years of basketball.
