
I've always had a very strong desire to be the most knowledgeable and experienced I can be in any of my occupations. I strive to make a difference in any area of my life. One of the most important things to me is the connections I form and maintain with others. On top of that, I put forth a lot of effort to improve the lives of those around me when I can. Some of my biggest interests are psychology, finance, and physical health. I'm also very curious and love learning from others who's lives differ from mine.
Worked alongside a team to put orders together for dine-ins and drive-thru orders. Took orders at the drive-thru and inside for customers in the lobby and collected cash and card payments.

Work closely with my general manager and corporate providing feedback about the workplace environment and functionality while giving suggestions on how things could be done in a more efficient manner. Enforce rules, guidelines, and standards throughout the workplace to make sure everyone is on the same page and tasks are done the same to maintain consistency. Help prepare recipes in the mornings when necessary.
Keep peers accountable while also keeping my military bearing. Maintaining proper grooming and hygiene standards at all times, in and outside of military environments. Listening to orders from higher-ups and completing tasks in a timely manner. Adjusting easily to a constantly changing, very busy environment. Early mornings and late nights depending on what is on the agenda for that day. In charge of a large group of people in my Advanced Individual Training course. Class leader of 21 people, squad leader of 19 people, and Platoon Guide of 75 people. Worked closely with my leadership to push out information and enforce expectations throughout the entire day. Teach people various things as a leader in different environments. Retain information like the Soldiers Creed, the 3 General Orders, the NCO's Creed, the unit's Standard Operating Procedures, and so on. Maintain dress uniforms and service military uniforms when necessary.
