I was originally hired as a crew member but quickly elevated to shift supervisor due to consistency, dependability, and being the first one to step up when something needs done. On multiple occasions staying after hours to help an employee change their alternator or radiator in the parking lot.
Working as a night shift supervisor, it trains patience team building skills, customer service as well as good communication, and punctuality. I've used it as a learning experience to try to improve and teach others that there's more to gain from the job than just your hourly wages. Learning something new every day and improving those skills is essential.
During my time at Daredevil I worked under Nicholas Smith, on electrical panels, printers, cut tables, and vacuum forms, laid conduit routed cable's to run power machines in the building. Even helping install a car lift which was used on many occasions.
