Summary
My names Logan Wilson, I was born and raised in the Sarasota/Bradenton Area. I attended Braden River High School and graduated in 2015. I've always had a big interest in law enforcement. I was involved with the Manatee County Sheriff's Office Explorer program from 2010 to 2016. While in the Explorer program I reached the rank of Lieutenant and was the West Central Regions Vice President of the Florida Sheriff Explorer Association (FSEA) for my last year. Shortly after graduating high school I attended the police academy at Manatee Technical Collage and graduated in 2017. On April 27th 2017 I was hired on to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy. During my career at the Manatee County Sheriff's as a patrol deputy , I learned the necessary skills to be a law enforcement officer and attended several extra training programs to further my knowledge of the profession. I was apart of the Special Response Team (SRT), during that time I attended call outs, trainings, and events that helped further my skills as a law enforcement officer. I look foreword to the opportunities out there.
