Catalog and list items daily for Internet sales, run reports of daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets to observe growth or decline in online sales. Monitor markets daily to show the profits and losses on inventory and know where to focus sales for the day/week. Started a new segment of business in the store and grew that to the 3rd largest transaction count and 5th highest revenue stream within a year.

• Utilizes internal and external systems to effectively and efficiently price customer files and return prices/rates to drive business. Extracting and uploading customer documents, data, and other information to be able to distribute to peers to create a dynamic workflow to generate a good customer and company experience.

• Utilized internal and external systems as well as margin and net gains/losses to book business with external freight vendors. Created win-win situations to create a winning environment for external vendors as well as ArcBest to drive profit for both parties. Created and managed appointments, tracked freight, and helped with DOT guidelines for the vendors. Managed flatbed/reefer markets in Western & Central United States with the market that I was assigned to, giving me high visibility and knowledge in this segment of business.
