With over 12 years of experience in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), I have led various projects funded by USAID and ECHO, making a positive impact on the lives of youth and multiple communities. My journey began as a team leader, contributing to the development of a municipal development plan for the commune of Port-a-Piment in Haiti. From there, I joined IDEJEN, a USAID-funded project, where I spent four years growing from an M&E Assistant to a Youth Program Coordinator and M&E Specialist. In this role, I supervised and coordinated staff activities, developed Performance Monitoring Plans, and managed project databases. As the focal point for monitoring with the USAID team, I became a key resource for measuring indicators. Following this valuable experience, I worked as an M&E Officer for the HRI project funded by USAID for 22 months before joining Concern Worldwide, CMMB, and CARE International successively as MEAL Manager, MEAL Director, and MEAL Specialist. Throughout these roles, I have been responsible for coordinating monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure program quality. This has involved developing procedures and tools to guarantee data reliability, accuracy, and validity. Additionally, I have provided technical assistance and training to promote monitoring and evaluation strategies that enhance program effectiveness and sustainability. My expertise also extends to data analysis and producing comprehensive reports. Currently serving as an MEAL Manager in Central African Republic (CAR), I am dedicated to maintaining program quality while occasionally assuming the role of acting Program Director. In this position, I oversee all MEAL activities for our mission. As an independent consultant for organizations such as Education Development Center (EDC) and IDEJEN, I have further expanded my skill set.
